We offer to our customers, flexible polyurethane sheets and rods, polyurethane rubber sheets and rods a rather new and innovative product. This product is a replacement for rubber, in tougher applications. The resistance of polyurethane rubber is indeed significant to natural rubber, and it can withstand higher pressure and weight loads.

Standard material characteristics:

Polyurethane rubber bars: 250 mm length, 10...100 mm diameter, regular hardness 90 Shore A (other variants available on request)

Polyurethane sheets, 5 to 30 mm thickness, various sheet sizes(call or email), regular hardness 90 Shore A, other hardness and variants available depending on customer requirements

This is a quality product, manufactured in the EU.
About the material: Polyurethane is a plastic material with special properties. Depending on the structure and chemical composition, this polymer can be tough and elastic, and is suitable for a wide range of uses.

Polyurethane rubber sheets and rods - elastic polyurethane plates, rods and also tubes, are used in industry where a special elastic material with tough properties is needed. This material is highly elastic and durable, very useful for applications where impact protection is required. Polyurethane rubber in rods can, for example, be used for making bumpers for impact protection.
