Our company sells paper phenolic sheets / plates also known as pertinax sheets or bakelite plates. The paper phenolic sheets composites (pertinax, bakelite) material is made ​​of a laminated phenolic resin sheet with an paper insert. The product has particular characteristics that make it usable in a wide range of applications.

The paper phenolic sheets composites have excellent dielectric properties and mechanical properties, and a low specific weight (like half of aluminium), good resistance to chemical factors, and can be easily machined (cutting, drilling, and so on). Its properties would recommend it for applications in electrical, electronics and electro-technical industries, some construction, and mechanical applications likel table tops, trays, shelves, dividers. It is used commonly within electrical and electronic equipment, as well as in chemical and textile industries amongst others.

Our paper phenolic composite sheets / pertinax sheets / bakelite sheets have a dark brown color, and is available with the following comon sizes::
Thicknesses: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 12, 14, 15, 16, 18, ​​20, 25, 28, 30 mm, up to 100 mm.

Sheet / plate sizes: 980x1980 mm | 1220x1220 mm | 1220x2440 mm | (tolerance + / - 50mm).



Usual material standards coding is: HP 2061 (DIN 7735), PF CP 201 (ISO1642), type X and XP (NEMA). These are the most common types, but other types are of course available on request.
