Phenolic resin sheets and rods

We offer phenolic resin sheets, phenolic resin boards in the form of semi-finished composite materials. This kind of material is based on the phenolic resin and cotton fabric structure internally. This material is also known as textolit, textolite, HGW2082, HGW2083 and other grades.

Phenolic resin sheets and rods with fabric insert, represent a tough material, used in mechanical applications but also in electrical applications (a special grade is needed), the production of various parts and assemblies with very good mechanical properties and at the same time offering good electrical properties.

This material can be used to create mechanical parts, electrical plates, in electrical switching applications and more. In addition, it is suitable for applications of surface friction.

Phenolic cotton sheet thicnkesses: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 15, 16, 18, 20, 25, 28, 30, 40 , 50, 60, 70, 75, 80, 90, 100 mm.

Phenolic resin rods with textile insert: diameters 10....100 mm, length 1000 mm

Phenolic sheets plates and bars are suitable for making different sized parts, and are distinguished by high wear resistance, ease of processing and resistance to water and oils.
